Rubber Duckie, You're the One!

Today I spent the day staring at Rubber Ducks, with Ernie's "Rubber Duckie" song running through my head! Why, you may ask...well, I set up my first two Amazon astores.

Amazon astores are "a new feature allowing Amazon Associates to configure an entire online store in a few easy steps. aStore will provide a complete shopping experience and can contain selected product groups or the entire product range offered by Amazon. This store can be integrated into an Associate’s website with a single line of code. The store offers much of the functionality available on the Amazon websites (search, customer reviews, similar products, etc.) and can be seamlessly integrated into an Associate’s website." (Taken from Amazon's website). It's a great way to earn money as an Amazon Associate (affiliate).

So, what to make my first astore on?! Well, the first idea that popped into my head was "Twilight". My sister is obsessed with Twilight. She just returned home last night from seeing "New Moon" for like the fourth time. So Twilight it is. It was very simple to add categories and products. There are not many options for customizing your astore but I played around with some of the colors for background and text and in about two hours of adding and tweaking I am pleased to annouce my first astore: (Drumroll please!)

Onto my next store...yes, I had to make another one right away! The first one was so easy and kinda fun to make! I decided why not make one with what I collect, just for fun, for other Rubber Duckie collectors out there! So, here is my next store. It's not quite done yet, but here's the progress so far:
